Gosport Solent Brass

Gosport Solent Brass prides itself in quality music for concerts and Civic events across the region.

Currently ranked in the Second Section of the West of England Brass Band Association, the Band annually competes in the National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain and occasionally at local contests across the South. The band's recent run of contest successes has resulted in promotion to the First Section as of January 2025.

Gosport Solent Brass always welcomes players to rehearsal, whether seeking to join or simply visiting the area and wanting to play with us. As we are a 2nd Section band, and play relatively challenging music, you will need to be of at least Grade 5-6 standard (ABRSM/Trinity).
